Throughout this course the theory, classification and elements in Islamic contract involving parties and its subject matter are described. It also introduces the concepts of Zakah, Gharar, Riba and Maisir in the light of teaching of the Holy Quran, hadith, Ijma’ Ulama’ and Qiyas.
